Two to three nights of each month in conjunction with the lunar cycle there is an event that takes place uniquely in the Turks and Caicos Islands; the mating of the glow worms. When these creatures mate they give off a luminescent glow which creates "Christmas in the water"! It is a truly exciting experience which is a once in a lifetime occasion for most people.

This trip operates on our large, comfortable deck boats and we can accommodate up to 27 passengers a night. We begin with a cruise into the sunset, a chance to take in the spectacular shades of our very own tropical sunset. If you are lucky then there may even be a "green flash" just as the sun sets, so watch closely! During the cruise guests can enjoy an open bar along with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. Our friendly, smiling, native boat captains will then give a brief talk on the nature of the glow worms and their mating ritual. 55 minutes after sunset the action begins! The glow worms will mate and light up the water with a bright glow and create an electric atmosphere.
